Baskar Dhanakodi
Baskar Dhanakodi, is an accepted service and support leader in ICT arena. Mr. Baskar a former Corporate Management Council Member with HCL Infosystems Limited, is the founder of Rapidtech IT Services Pvt Limited, and brings in 30+ years of relevant services experience as a well thought leader to the companies challenging themselves to deliver an excellent services to their customers, from their ICT systems.
He was the first man to go to USA from HCLI, to set up the Infrastructure practice as Infosystems America,Inc ( Part of HCLI , subsequently merged with HCLT) and has a privilege of working closely with Mr. Ajai K Choudhry ( One of the Founder of HCL ), in establishing the new openings for HCLI in USA and in domestic market.
Mr. Baskar has initiated/participated several new initiatives including New installation Group, Field support Services , Test and repair services across the country, Repair Factories, Remote Resolution Centers, InfoStructure Services, COG model, SAP implementation in Service Unit, SPMS for efficient spare parts and logistic controls, Training and Development for the field and FM teams, Field Force Automation for corporate support model and various process’s that has helped in his earlier role for his former company to achieve IDC DQ Survey CSS Rating of No:1 consistently for 5 years. A record yet to be broken by any in service industry.
He has a graduate degree in Electronics and Communication, from Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamilnadu.
P N Ramesh
P N Ramesh is a veteran in IT Industry with more than 35 Years’ experience and one of the founder member of Rapidtech and is responsible for developing best practices, Automation of systems for excellent service delivery model, Operation management and customer satisfaction.
He has started his career in 1977, joining in Integrated Power Company Pvt. Ltd., Bradma Limited, and HCL (for more than 32 Years)in various capacities. He has rich experience in managing IT Services like Infra Support, Facility management Services, System Integration services, Remote Management Services, skilled resources management services for various overseas projects etc. He has handled IT services and business management in various geo’s of HCL and gone thru various management trainings.
He has implemented lot of internal automation systems of various operations of HCL services division with a team of people to provide key online management information’s to the management teams. He was the core team lead in HCL for migrating SAP ERP system older version to latest versions for some modules and instrumental in designing and implementation of CRM Service for HCL Info systems. He holds a Special Diploma in Electronics in 1976 from Hyderabad institute.
Ashit Shrarma
Ashit Sharma, is responsible for the overall Service Delivery, Account Management of specific OEM and ODM Partners and Revenue Growth in the Organization. In his role ‘Direct to Customer’ business, Ashit is in the process of leveraging existing infrastructure, repair capabilities and technical expertise within the Company, to set up a comprehensive Service Delivery System for end users of ICT products.
He is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in IT Service Delivery & Project Management. With his strong Technical skills in IT Hardware, Networking & Unix, he has managed multiple successful Projects like State Wide Area Network (SWAN) & NICNET on PAN India basis. Apart from these National Projects, he has been the main face on behalf of HCL, in the automation of UP Treasuries, CBS of several Nationalized Banks, E-Courts & multiple BSNL Projects, right from initial conception, through implementation & running successfully.
In his former role, He has created, mentored & handled large team of Service Professionals (1400+) under multiple Projects & maintained one of the business satisfaction levels with various customers in BFSI, Education, Telecom, Govt. and Corporate.
Ashit is an MBA & certified ITIL professional. He is Certified ISO27000 Implementer also. He has successfully completed several management training programs in leadership, balance scorecard, quality, team development, and self-management. He has also participated in Stephen Covey’s ‘Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’ workshop.
Jitendra Yadav
Jitendra Yadav, one of the founder member of RAPIDTECH is a passionate, dynamic, open-minded, and driven to go the extra mile and always seeking innovated IT solution with over 16 + years of experience in IT hardware and solutions. He has the knowledge of strategic planner as well as able to manage all aspects of IT portfolio (including: infrastructure, system, security, help desk, change management, project and vendor relationship). He has a strong influencing and negotiation skills and have good experiences of managing vendors locally and nationally.
He has a substantial team-building talent, as well as strong leadership qualities that include recruiting and retaining technical talents. With the over 10 years’ experience in IT technical support and team performance management, he is able to motivate team members and lead a team providing high-level customer satisfaction technical support.
As a team leader, he able to inspire, mentor, and develop team to be the very best in the business and involve them in the decision making process to inspire confidence and assist with their development. He produce, implement and monitor development plan for each team member to address technical and professional growth opportunities. He is a person who has the leadership skills capability to take the team/department on a journey of discovery, creation, high accomplishment, and personal fulfillment.
Prior to RapidTech, Jitendra was Service Delivery Head for Rajasthan region under HCL Infosystems Ltd. Along with various activities, he was directly responsible for service/support delivery and revenue of the region. He handled 150+ Service professional under Rajasthan state and maintain an excellent relation with customer like Corporate and BFSI and have ensured highest customer satisfaction of the state.
He also played the key role of a project manager, has implemented a major IT project worth Rs. 15 Crore of Rajasthan Govt. SecLAN in Year 2005 having 3 thousands network nodes across the secretariat campus and a big DATA center with high end server and network equipment in Yojana Bhawan. The project was completed in a defined time line with having excellent team size of 17 technical resources playing different roles.
In his overall experience, Jitendra has handled various role like customer engineer, Team Leader, Project Manager, Service Delivery Head.
Jitendra is an ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and QES (Quality Education Systems) Certified Professional and holds an engineering Diploma in electrical from technical Board of Rajasthan, Jodhpur.
Avinash Bhardwaj
Avinash Bhardwaj, one of the founder member of RAPIDTECH,and is responsible for overall operation of Service Delivery and Revenue growth in NCR Region by providing strategic leadership, building empowered teams and creating an environment for achievement and business excellence.
He has 23 years of relevant IT industry service and support experience, that includes his stint as Regional Head for Delhi NCR at HCL Infosystems Ltd and was responsible for Service Delivery in AMC, FMS, Managed Services, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Management Satisfaction , Partner Satisfaction, Business Development and Revenue growth.
In his former role, he was instrumental in implementing various complex technical and commercial projects in Punjab, NCR, West UP and in Uttranchal. He was handling and mentoring 255+ Technical Professionals and maintained an excellent service business delivery with various customers in Banking, Govt, Corporates and Telecom segments.
He is a certified Unix Administrator, an ITIL and QES Certified Professional, he has participated in various management development programs including Stephen Covey’s, ‘Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’ workshop.
M.Sakthivel
M.Sakthivel, one of the Founding member of Rapidtech, is a talented and profit driven techno-managerial leader with an eventful career studded with professional brilliance predominantly in the areas of Service Delivery, Sales Support, Business Development, Logistics & overall responsible for the business entity’s results. He is responsible for Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab & Haryana States.
He is carrying more than 20+ years of IT Services experience. He was the Regional service delivery Head for Chandigarh region under HCL Infosystems Limited and was responsible for Service delivery & Revenue of the region. Handled and mentored more than 300+ Service Professionals under different states and maintained one of the business satisfaction levels with various customers in Banking , Govt. and Corporate.
He has implemented and handled some of the larger IT projects like Total Banking Automation, Core Banking implementation, UKSWAN, BHEL – Networking, BSNL Projects, ICFRE etc. and was responsible for Managing larger size of Team, meeting project mile stones, Customer interaction, Expense control, Revenue collection, Vendor Management, Project completion and Execution.
Shakthi is an ITIL and QES Certified Professional. He has successfully completed several management programs in situational leadership, team development and quality management. He has also participated in the Stephen Covey, ‘Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’ workshop. Shakthi holds an engineering diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication from Tamil Nadu Technical Board. He is also Gold medal winner for his best academic performance during 1994 – 1995.
Venkatesan
Venkatesan ,is responsible for overall operation of Service Delivery and Revenue growth in Jharkhand region.
He is carrying 16+ Years of industry experience and he was instrumental in setting up the Regional Stores and Testing and Repairing centre at odissa for HCL Infosystems Ltd and operated the setup for 4 years in the beginning of his carrier with HCL Infosystems Ltd ., later on moved to handle critical accounts as specified account manager and his customer handling yielded in creating the State Co-operative Bank and associated District Central Co-operative banks across Odissa where HCL was positioned as primary IT Vendor where in 270+ Branches were rolled out across Odissa . He was later promoted to handle the entire service support for HCL’s Odissa Operation, and continued the operation till 2012 , during his service regime the services revenue was grown from 1 Cr to 3 Crs. Later on he was moved to Jharkhand to streamline the operations and to bring the revenue growth in place, during his tenure he was instrumental in retaining the Jharkhand Police FM Project for HCL, and brought back the customer satisfaction and made Jharkhand as the No.2 in the Customer Satisfaction Survey held during year 2013-14 . He was continued in Jharkhand till Oct’14 . Since Oct’14 , he was assigned to handle the Service Delivery operations for entire West Bengal Region, one of the bigger region for HCL and he was handled 180+ direct engineers . Within the short span of time he could bring the operations in control and made major change in operations and services delivery to the customer.
On academic front he completed his B.Sc(IT) after completion of Polytechnic diploma , and on technical and management side he got certified in ITIL , and RHCE (Red Hat ) as well he has undergone various management training including the Programme for Young Managers in 2009 in ACSI, which has helped him to shape up the operations in 3 different regions in EAST .

He has 15+ years of relevant IT industry service and support experience, that includes his stint as Regional Head for Bhubaneswar at HCL Services Ltd and was responsible for Service Delivery in AMC, FMS, Managed Services, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Management Satisfaction , Partner Satisfaction, Business Development and Revenue growth.
